What will the weather be like this time of year?

October in Colorado is generally beautiful with temperatures between 40° and 75° Fahrenheit. While we do not predict rain or snow, Colorado weather does have the ability to change quickly. If you are traveling from out of town, we recommend packing an umbrella just in case.

Where is the wedding? Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both our ceremony and reception are being held at Brookside Gardens Event Center. Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the patio of the gardens and our reception will be held inside the Brookside Gardens Hall.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Acceptable options might include a cocktail dress, a suit or sport coat.

Am I allowed to take photos?

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos during our wedding ceremony. We promise to share our official wedding photos from our wonderful photographer, Sarah, when we receive them. We do however, encourage you to take all of the photos throughout the reception!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What food are you serving?

We’ll be serving dinner buffet-style with choices of salads, entrees, pastas, breads, and roasted vegetables. If you or anyone in your party has specific dietary needs or restrictions, please email us at thiswarnervalley@gmail.com.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive to Brookside Gardens at 3:30 p.m., a half-hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There is free guest parking on the side of Brookside Gardens Event Center. Please follow the signs for “Guest Parking” upon arrival.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those addressed on your invitation and within the number of seats reserved in your honor as indicated on the back of your invitation.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

We will be hosting a welcome party on Saturday, October 21 from 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., that is open to all wedding attendants (kids included) at Vatos Tacos & Tequila Loveland. Dinner and the first round of drinks will be provided. Additional drinks are available for purchase. We will be outside, so please dress accordingly.
